With a final score of 62-36, the varsity girls’ basketball team came out as number one against Central High School on November 12th.  This is not shocking considering the Lady Raiders practice every day except Sunday. With five seniors, six juniors, and three sophomores, the girls work hard to make sure their free throw is flawless, their layup is smooth, and most importantly, their game is perfect. South Forsyth, Centennial, and Alpharetta, the Lady Raiders’ biggest competitors, will be shaking in their basketball shoes when they see the varsity girls step on the court. Keeping it short and simple, Coach Herrick confirms the staff and students’ thoughts when he says, “It should be an excellent season.”
