MI/MO instructor Mrs.Coffey and Mrs.Gilbert organize the food pantry in preparation for the canned goods to be sent out to children in need this Christmas.

North’s Mildy and Moderatly Intellectually Disabled class is collecting canned goods, toiletries, and toys for charity this Christmas season. MI/MO focuses on a mix of academics and life skills, and the instructors have decided to give back to North Forsyth as a lesson on compassion for their students. The MI/MO class is working for the Unseen Hands Food Bank, collecting toys to give to needy children for Christmas. In addition, they are also collecting canned goods and toiletries for students in need at North Forsyth. They are still accepting these goods until Saturday with a goal of 1,000 toys and as much food as possible. Help would be greatly appreciated. If you have goods or toys to donate to their cause, contact Mrs.Coffey, and she will send an MI/MO child your way to collect them.
