A person, seen as a bug. Photo by Gracie Zimmerman
Drowning in sorrows,
Awaiting tomorrows.
Each day passing,
Missed opportunities flashing.
Walking past previous images,
Of a girl who faced many damages.
Regrets of past actions,
Anxious of other reactions.
Sick of sticking to a standard,
All my questions left unanswered.
The restrictions of society have never worked.
I’m breaking out, I’m writing my own story.
Even if they’re all irked.
It’s my life now.
