Musings from Morgan

Morgan Champion, Poetry Editor

Hi, my name is Morgan Champion, and I’m a junior who doesn’t really feel like a junior. It is my third year as part of the Raider Wire staff, and I am honored to have been chosen as poetry editor. In my free time, I enjoy reading, writing, public speaking, motivating people, and obsessing over multiple boy bands and popular male singers (especially One Direction and Shawn Mendes); in school though, I am a part of the Mock Trial, Member at Large in Beta Club, and football sideline cheerleading, and I also am very involved with my church and am honored to have the opportunity to participate in various community service activities throughout Forsyth County.

Over the course of the past three years, I have learned a lot about myself, my priorities, and my future plans, and I hope they shine through in this column. I can’t wait to see how not only I, but also the student body and the newspaper itself, grow over this year. Thank you for your time.
