When a single drop of water drops into another, there is a ripple
A disruption of peace, if you will
It flows with beauty
Like a ribbon in the wind
Eventually, the ring will dissolve flat
But another will flow, taking its place
Eventually, the rings will slow and will go
But the storm goes on
The water will rumble and tumble
The sounds of the rain will make mumbles as it falls
It feels as if the water won’t pass, but of course nothing ever truly lasts
So when a tempest comes to form with every thunder and boom
You may think you’ll be snuck in gloom
But as all things do, it will pass
And when the last drop falls
And the last ripple settles
You can see that water will be the same as you once saw
Because even if the water seems to create fragments
The water will someday become stagnant
