Growth of Spring
The sky shines bright with a blue hue,
Clouds drift within it.
The sun pierces through trees
Its rays dance across the concrete floor,
And weeds grow between its cracks.
And lively bugs and wildflowers litter the grass
Flying through green and blue.
Bees covered in sweet, tacky pollen buzz,
As the pollen’s warm aroma emanates,
And the smell of the sun permeates.
Birds chirp to life,
As cicadas chirr.
Trees harbor nests of birds and squirrels,
And the wind whistles and blows,
As spring begins to grow.
