Visit the school counseling website, the SAT website, and the ACT website for deadlines and more information.

The counselors have posted scholarship information on the school website.  They also update ItsLearning with information about opportunities for school visits, scholarships, and contests.

The counselors have begun promoting the Dollars for College Financial Planning Toolkit, which is designed to help families better understand all the available resources that can make higher education affordable. Through this toolkit, students and families can navigate the financial aid process and make informed decisions during every step of the college process. Dollars for College is organized into six sections to make the information more accessible.

NFHS will hold its annual financial aid night on November 18. A representative from the Georgia Student Finance Commission will give a presentation about the HOPE Scholarship and other available programs. Mr. Kessler, a certified financial planner, will also attend to give a presentation.
