For the fifth year in a row, Forsyth County high schools have maintained their reputation for the highest ACT scores in large school districts in Georgia with an average score of 24.5. Forsyth’s 5 high schools – Central, Lambert, North, South, and West- were all reported to be in the top 55 out of 443 high schools in Georgia. All school passed the average score for the state (21.4) and even the nation’s score of 20.07. A total of 2,097 students took the ACT in Forsyth in 2019, 125 more than last years total of 1,972.
