Tri-M Music Honors Society Carols During Radier Time On Wednesday, Dec. 11
Tri-M Music Honors Society went caroling during the first and second Raider Time transitions on Wednesday, Dec. 11. They sang songs such as, “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” “Jingle Bells,” “Santa Claus is Coming to Town,” and “We Wish You a Merry Christmas.” They made appearances in Ms. Kay’s coffee session, Ms. Leggett’s class, and Mr. Thomas’ Raider Time.
Tri-M Music Honors Society is compiled of higher level chorus and band students who come together to help out the music community. Caroling is only one way that the society is getting involved with the school, spreading holiday joy and tunes into the students here at North Forsyth. Tri-M volunteers their time in the community with helping out the middle schools with after school band lessons as well as the choir caroling in the elementary schools and middle schools.
“It was a great experience to sing for all of the kids and to see the smiles on their faces!” Hailey Knowles says as the Tri-M Music Society ends their caroling on Dec. 11.
