Christmas Cheer
Mistletoe was hung up high
While snow fell down from the sky
The snow hit the ground without a sound
It spread Christmas cheer all around
Stockings dangled above the fireplace
Kids ran down the stairs in a race
Presents were tucked neatly under the tree
One by one, the children shouted with glee
Unwrapped toys filled their hearts with joy
Ribbons of laughter followed right after
The Christmas tree, merry and bright, lit up the room with a thousand lights
Sugar cookies rested on the table
Parents read their favorite Christmas fables
The sound of music filled the town
While carolers walked all around
Today is Christmas day, everybody shout hooray!
