Verbal Jousting
Verbal jousting
A match of wits, you say
But your wits are as sharp as dandelion
So you strike back with your ego
Which is as fragile as glass
Yet sharp as tacks
Because you do not yield
You do not listen
And you say you are speaking
With wit
And with tact
But you shy away
And form an attack
Based on your own
Heinous bigotry
And blindness
So, tell me,
Are we jousting?
Or are you merely throwing stones?
