Fall is a time full of fun events throughout the community, bringing friends and family together to enjoy the time of a new season. With fun games, enjoyable shows, attractions and food, this is all you need to know about fall events coming to Forsyth County this year.
Starting off with the most popular event of the year in Forsyth County with over 20 sponsors is The Cumming Fair, attracting countless families throughout Georgia every year. This event takes place in the Cumming Fairgrounds starting Oct. 3 to the 13th. Celebrating its 30 years, they’re kickstarting the start of fall with over 40 fair rides, 18 different fair food options, concerts and shows you can enjoy with friends and family. From petting zoos and sea lion shows, to haunted houses and monster truck shows, this fair is enjoyable for everyone, no matter the age.
This non profit charity even based on volunteers throughout Forsyth County will be held at the Cumming Fairgrounds, taking part as a haunted house attraction at the Cumming fair Oct. 3 to the 13th, and additionally bringing it back Oct. 18-26. For no more than $25 you and your friends can enjoy a bone chilling attraction full of scares and fun.
One of the best parts of fall is getting to watch all the classic Halloween movies. On Oct. 26, at 8p.m. the Cumming City Center will be hosting an event where you, your families and friends to go enjoy “Hocus Pocus” in a big outdoor screening with fellow Halloween fans Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase so bring your lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy this family friendly event
Come enjoy this pet friendly trick or treating events for all families at The Cumming City Center on Oct. 26 from 4pm to 8p.m. With spooky music and decorated shops you and your pets can enjoy special treats and goodies. You’ll also be able to vote for the best decorated and spirited shop. Additionally a pet adoption event will be held to help pets find a forever home.
