Oh, how you are just like your mother. Your chin is long like hers, and your eyes are tilted like hers. You are humble like she is, but neither of you is afraid to stand up for yourself if needed. You both fold your arms when you are cross with someone. You scrunch your nose like she does when you find something repulsive. You trust people as she does—that is, hardly at all. You both make rash decisions. You both yell when you’re upset. You both isolate yourself when you feel guilty after. You both refuse to apologize first because you may be prideful, but the only person who is more so is your mother. Oh, how you are just like your mother.
