Kristin Iler

Kristin Iler, Sports Editor

Kristin Iler is probably the most unique person that you’ll ever meet. If she’s not working, then you’ll find her writing about nature or DIY’s, hunting, or making anything imaginable. She’s fun, spirited, outspoken, and pleased with mostly everything around her. If you want to find her, she’ll probably be at your local Waffle House, helping out with DECA, or sleeping. Her favorite thing to do is be in the wilderness or on the lake. She loves to do anything that involves the outdoors or nature. Kristin is very easy to get along with but she’s quick to notice whether or not you’re a good person.

“Annotations do not let me enjoy books anymore. Whenever I go to read, I do not imagine what is happening in the story. I start thinking of the rhetorical devices used throughout it. I don’t read as much as a did before annotations were a part of my life.” – Tinaye Gibbons

Making the right choices will make prom night extraordinary. Many people enjoyed prom last year, but some had to face the consequences of bad decisions. Make the right decisions and enjoy prom, because it is a memory that you will want to reminisce.

Students that take time out of their day to help others out deserve more recognition. They are kind enough to help us out, and we should be thoughtful enough to thank them. Say ‘thank you’ to someone who does an overlooked favor.

I did not go to Andrew’s memorial service. It was too much to bear, and he was too far away. I purchased a small monument in memory of his loving soul.
